Fleet expansion strengthens company’s midsize segment and supports continued growth of LUMINAIR’s European charter operations.

Friedrichshafen, April 21, 2026

LUMINAIR, the Hamburg-based business aviation operator, today announced it had agreed terms with Textron Aviation Inc., a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company, for a landmark order of nine Cessna Citation Latitude aircraft. The midsize jet will become the fourth aircraft type in the company’s fleet. The first aircraft is scheduled to join in late 2026, with the remaining eight expected to deliver through 2027.

With this order, LUMINAIR continues its growth trajectory and reinforces its position as Europe’s fastest-growing business jet operator. The new aircraft type will support expanding operations in line with increasing demand from the company’s global network of private jet brokers. The Citation Latitude will strengthen LUMINAIR’s midsize segment, complementing its existing fleet while enhancing flexibility across a broad range of missions.

To be delivered from Textron Aviation’s factory in Wichita, Kansas, the Citation Latitudes were selected as a strategic addition to LUMINAIR’s fleet, complementing the company’s Cessna Citation XLS midsize and Dassault Falcon large-jet and ultra-long-range-jet fleets. Combining versatility, efficiency, and strong market appeal, the aircraft support LUMINAIR’s long-term fleet expansion plans.

Driven by a highly experienced management team and supported by 145 full-time employees, LUMINAIR continues to build on its strong foundation, combining industry expertise with a clear vision for future growth. The addition of the Citation Latitude will further accelerate the company’s expansion in both fleet size and market share within the global charter market.
